New HPHT Calibration Protocol V.1 Adopted by All Member Labs

The public certificate verification system is now in beta with 12 test dossiers from accredited laboratories. Registry v1.0 will support dossier lookup, spectroscopic data download, and certification status verification. Full public launch scheduled for Q3 2025.
