The Protocol

Quadruple-Verified Integrity

Every ILDA-certified diamond has passed through four independent verification stages. No single laboratory controls the entire process. No result is accepted without cross-validation.

Pillar I: Origin Validation

Before any carbon extraction begins, the source material must be registered in the ILDA Origin Chain System. This requires:

Pillar II: Elemental Purity

The extracted carbon must meet strict purity thresholds before it can proceed to synthesis:

The final certification requires non-destructive analysis by an ILDA-accredited gemological laboratory:

All spectroscopic data is uploaded to the Global Registry, where certificate holders can access it at any time.

Protocol Revision Cycle

The ILDA Core Standard is reviewed annually by the Technical Advisory Committee and revised every three years. All revisions are published for public comment for 60 days before adoption. Member laboratories have 12 months to comply with new standards.
