Submit Application

Complete the online application form and submit required documentation.

Documentation Review

ILDA reviews your chain-of-custody documentation and quality systems.

On-Site Audit

An ILDA auditor visits your facility to verify processes and documentation.

Board Approval

The Technical Committee reviews findings and the Board grants certification.

Requirements

To qualify for ILDA certification, laboratories must:

  • Operate a life diamond manufacturing facility
  • Maintain documented chain-of-custody records
  • Have carbon source identification and preservation protocols
  • Implement quality control and traceability systems
  • Agree to annual audits and compliance reviews
  • Accept ILDA's independence and ethics requirements
